These Terms govern use of the Hightech Accounting Connector operated by Hightech Industry Canada (1001014098 Ontario Inc.).
You may use the Connector only if you are authorized to access and act for the connected QuickBooks Online company. By connecting an account, you authorize the Connector to access and process the QuickBooks information permitted through Intuit’s authorization process.
You remain responsible for selecting the correct company, reviewing accounting classifications, approving transactions, maintaining supporting documents, and protecting your Intuit account.
Hightech Industry Canada grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Connector for internal accounting and bookkeeping activities.
You must not misuse the Connector, access a company without authority, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the service, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
The Connector does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing foreign-currency, inventory, tax, payroll, shareholder, and other transactions requiring professional judgment.
The Connector is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users must review every proposed or completed accounting entry and maintain appropriate backups and supporting evidence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hightech Industry Canada is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Connector, unauthorized account access, incorrect user instructions, third-party services, or QuickBooks Online availability.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, authorization is withdrawn, security is at risk, or continued operation is no longer reasonably possible.
Users may disconnect the Connector through the application or QuickBooks Online. Provisions concerning authorized records, intellectual property, responsibility, limitation of liability, and legal compliance survive termination where applicable.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks and services of Intuit Inc. The Connector is independently operated by Hightech Industry Canada.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada.
